Dear DevPolHack Innovation Partner, 

As a Innovation Partner in the upcoming DevPolHack hackathon, we kindly request your cooperation in providing the following documentation to ensure a smooth and effective participation 

1. Innovation Sponsor Profile

Open to individuals, organizations, and institutions (public or private) that are actively engaged and have encountered challenges in obtaining a desired policy solution. Please share more about who you are and whom you represent.

2. Challenge Description:
Craft a Concept Note, adhering to a maximum length of 2 A4 pages and using font size 12 Calibri. The note should be thoughtfully structured by considering even the following points.. Please refer to these guidelines for additional assistance. No worry, we will assist you afterwards on (re) formulating it as a problem that leads to a desired solution! Don’t forget to let us know what price/incentive you will offer to the winning team!

3. References of Mentors and Jury Members:
Together with the organizer, you will have to choose the mentors and jury members. Every jury has one member that represents the Innovation Partner, while the other members are relevant system actors/influencers.You are highly encouraged to recommend mentors and jury members, who are experts in your chosen challenge

4. Authorization and Entity Documentation:

In the case of representing an organization or institution, please include a signed letter by your organisation or institution. 

5. Participating Team Members:
Make sure to share the names and concise bios of all team members (incl. jury members and mentors). Highlight their relevant experience and expertise aligned with the identified challenge presented to DevPolHack. It is required to provide their contact details such as email addresses, LinkedIn profiles, and websites.

6. What comes next?
After the application is sent, you will get an answer in a few days! If your challenge is selected, here is what will follow. You will be invited to a preparatory session to concretize the challenge and get focused.
